Private sessions provide you with a safe container of undivided attention and exquisite care. Allow me to guide you through a one hour solo practice of either hatha, kundalini or yin yoga (the choice is yours!) These private sessions can be crafted to suit your needs and your level. Breathwork and meditation mentoring are also available. Sessions may be held at your home, or online.
