Chair Yoga - is wonderful for seniors, or anyone who feels limited in flexibility. There is the assurance of being supported by the chair, and the poses are gentle, yet invigorating. You are encouraged to listen to your body and move according to where you're at on a physical level, slowly evolving in your own time.
