Gentle yoga is slower moving, yet refreshing! We will be mindfully connecting with the breath, and gently building more strength and flexibility in the body. This class is a mix of hatha, vinyasa & yin yoga.
Who would benefit? Anyone (women, men, teens) wanting to explore and move their bodies. In these current times we can hold a lot of stress in our system, and through the practice of yoga, those areas of stress are able to release. This creates more space in the body and mind for ease, calmness and well-being.
Join me at the old firehall in New Norway where we will share a nourishing class together, and dissolve deeply into mindful movements.

Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, a pillow to sit on, a blanket and two yoga blocks.
