This morning Yin practice invites us to hold poses on the floor in a static way for many minutes in order to coax the circulation of life force into the deeper channels that flow throughout the body. Instead of using your muscles to hold the pose, you release and relax into the pose. A beautiful way to gently ease into your day.
Classes run from 9:00am - 10:00am Wednesdays (online and in the studio) on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
